I started in property management 25 years ago, and have worked for three, small-medium management companies in that time.
I am a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) where I serve on the board of directors, have the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, and was the MN Chapter President in 2017.

I attended college at the University of Minnesota and have held a MN Real Estate broker's license since 2007.
In my spare time, I have a joy for landscaping, home improvement projects, and spending time with my family who live very close. I am the proud aunt of 3.
I also play golf and pickleball, and enjoy a good TV series!

Property & Asset Management
I manage every aspect of caring for your building, including tenant relations, bookkeeping (AR/AP), managing repair & maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting, capital improvement and tenant construction oversight, general contracting and lease renewal negotiations.
I manage with the owner's goals and objectives in mind, and work closely with owners on anything requiring a major decision or cost.
Full Service or á la carte
I can handle every aspect of managing your property, or maybe you just need someone to handle your bookkeeping. I have done bookkeeping only for a client in Minneapolis since 2008.
I have been praised for my attention to detail and quick response time in both communication and follow-through. On a side note, I oddly enjoy creating spreadsheets.

Maybe you are looking for short-term management with the goal of preparing your property for resale. I can be your manager and broker for that as well.
